During last Friday’s live broadcast, we had a power outage and lost the feed. Sorry about that, apparently I’m lucky it didn’t burn down the house. Eveything will be up and ready for this week, Friday at 7, when E. Peevie of the Green House thoughts will be filling in for Chris.
In what my son Nate callsĀ our “first step in total world domination,” Chris and I had our first successful live internet broadcast. Eventually, Perfectly Harmless Radio will be a full-fledged internet radio station. We have a few people willing to do shows, and we are learning the equipment. Right now, you can click on the “radio” icon on the right to hear past broadcasts and live shows on Friday nights.

Standard Podcast [38:07m]: Play Now | Play in Popup | DownloadWell, our live broadcast on Friday seemed to go well. We had some trouble with the phones, but I’m pretty sure thats fixable. Next Friday we will once again be live starting at 7:00 p.m. Central time (USA). The phones should be fixed by then, and we can still get instant messages via google talk. In the meantime, you can click on the “Radio” button on the left and hear past shows.
I realize that there is a 100% chance of something catastrophic happening, but tonight will be a test of our live system. You can listen to our live broadcast by clicking here. Also, if you would like to call in and make fun of us, call 773-824-2072 and we will answer. You will also be able to send instant messages to “djhaynes” if you have google talk.
Here is our latest webcast from the Cigar King. Next week, we will attempt our first live broadcast. to listen, all you have to do is click on the radio button on the right side of the page. During the next week, you should be able to hear our last couple of shows running on a loop. Also, I will be doing some tests throughout the week. We are hoping to be able to take phone calls, and the number will be posted on the page as soon as know it works.
